Green gates are necessary, not sufficient

Structure checks catch classes of mistakes. They do not play a video, click cancel mid-upload, or open a guest link on Safari.

The discipline is behavioral proof: run the path for real. A mid-session re-audit that finds defects every gate missed is a gift, not a failure of process.

We later encoded part of this as automated live probes for the customer host — still incomplete versus full human craft, but the principle no longer lives only as a note in a memory file.
